  • Assessment of lifestyle, short- and long-term goals, current and desired body composition, eating habits, training schedule, competition schedule, current nutritional status, medications and supplement use.
  • A personalized nutritional plan will then be created based on:
    • Goals
    • Training cycle
    • Nutrient and supplementation needs

Week 2: Coaching Session (45 min)

  • Check-in to review and fine-tune the plan.

Week 3: Email Check-In

Week 4: Coaching Session (45 min)

  • Review progress and make adjustments, if need be.
